Remote Service
It is possible to service a price sign remotely with our SASSERVER.
When a price changes or an error occurs, an email will be sent to you and our service department. Our in-house developed diagnosis software can analyse and solve most problems so that the service crew do not have to make a site visit. If a mechanic has to service the price sign, our system will tell him about the problem and what materials he needs to take.
For additional support we encourage our customers to utilise our helpdesk. This is available on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 hours local time.

Field Service
An error in a price sign is given the highest priority to correct. We offer different service agreements for servicing an error from a single assignment to a complete maintenance contract with pre-arranged intervention times. Customers can select a service model best suited to their needs and budget. Whichever model is chosen, our customers can be sure that a quick solution will be executed.
